This was my first time. No greeting when I entered. The guy at the register was on his phone the entire time. I ordered chicken fried rice combo and shrimp fried rice combo. The rice was too earthy tasting not sure what I expected. The wings were good and fresh. But that peach drink was the star of the show. For $30.00, I just can’t come back. I tried to eat it but I had to trash the rice. My hubby said it was ok but he did not have to have it again. Food is always good. Service has become a little sliw. However the staff need to stop throwing their hair nets in the parking lot and at the store entrance. Take some pride please. I got the cheeseburger, which was great! They do not have much of a sitting area but I got my order to go. They showed me my food when it was ready to make sure everything looked right! The fries seasoning has great flavor. Staff was nice as well. They have several different options such as wings, sandwiches, fried rice, and salads. I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back soon.

I got 75 wings for Super Bowl Sunday. They were the tiniest, hard wings I have ever had. I threw the really little ones away to avoid embarrassment. I was surprised because I get the wing and fry meal with grape punch and the wings are fine. But the Super Bowl special was a joke and a complete waste if money. They gave me all the wrong sauces and no ranch. I will never trust my event wings, to American Deli again. I'm so disappointed.

Love their food when it’s made correctly but what I do not like is the mute employees they barely say anything and they don’t listen ! Act as if they can’t speak English so it’s hard talking to them but they can speak English ! No greeting when you come in the restaurant nothing ! And if seems as if most American delis only have foreign employees no customer service at all . Ordered a 10 piece and only got 2 flats was tryna explain that to him and all he had to say was “ it’s flats in there “ and he proceeded to show a different customer that his food was ready right infront of me ( the customer was sitting down ) . Will not be returning it’s always something !

I get a tilapia combo EVERYtime I order from here which usually comes with fries and 5 wings I wanted extra fries these guys charged me 1.50 for the fries BUT the serving was that of the regular fries that come with it THEN the guy proceeds to tell me the tilapia combo doesn't come me with fries....HOW??? I've been ordering the same thing for idk how long now all the sudden the combo doesn't come with fries and the 1.50 was a charge for a small frie added 🤔💬 yes sounds like they making up things as the go to me. But I'll try another American deli from here on out.....watch your charges when you order from this particular location, clearly they be making up their own stuff

I ordered a turkey/ham sandwich with fries. Fries were good. Sandwich was missing the turkey...staff was too busy chatting with each other to get their attention. Ate half of the sandwich and threw it in the trash. Went to wash my hands and saw roaches running everywhere. After releasing my food from my stomach, I went to report it. They were still chatting. Seems that most patrons were using door dash for their orders. One door dash person used the persins cup for a lemonade, drank it, then filled the cup for the person they were delivering to. The steak Philly combo was amaxing! Sandwich, five wings, crinkle cut fries, and drink for $11.99 + tax. The steak was tender and flavorful, fries were cooked to perfection, and the family gold flavored wings were tasty (a different flavor than my favorite gold medal but still very good). I have to come back to try the gyro, lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings, and salads.
