Pumps run so slow, I went in to use the restroom, came out and only 7 gallons had been pumped. Attendant said they all run slow. So I left and found another station.
I came here to fill up, and pump #3 was missing hose and had the octane buttons flashing/beeping. I honestly didn't see any signage or lockout/tagouts installed. When I ran inside I patiently waited in line, then told female cashier that I didn't see anything and one of the associates said "not like we can put a bag on it". Then I said, "well at least a sign, just rather be safe than sorry. I'd hate for someone to put their card in and energize the pump without realizing the hose isn't attached. Just wanted to let you know." After I used the bathroom, I walked around to two male employees walking in and one said, "yep there's a sign on it." To which the female cashier replied, "God, he couldn't see that??" I politely asked, "oh did I miss something?" As I had just walked around the corner of the registers and she acted shocked/embarrassed. I walked out to pump and I saw the sign afterwards. A little white bag taped to pump, that does say it's closed. It is there, but at the angle one drives up, you can't see it (see photos) and it blends in with the rest of the pump (also white).
My wife had also noticed the refrigerators holding drinks were inoperative and the drinks were warm.
I feel like I remember coming here before and it had been a cleaner/nicer place. However, being in its current state, and the customer experience with staff being a little rude this go around left me a little upset.
I was working down the road at a fab shop with nothing but men as employees. Well I needed to use the bathroom. Pulled into here with much skepticism but was completely impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. I had to share. I feel like they need an updated review. The store was very well kept. The employees were smiling and very inviting.
They also have this cool Amazon order pick up station.
I never review convenience stores but I'll make an exception tonight because the service here was exceptional. The young man behind the counter was polite and courteous. Bathrooms and store were clean and organized. We grabbed some fried burritos to go, they were hot and fresh.
Cashier unable to run lottery machine to get correct lottery tickets said no lonestar line up and was improperly trained cause had problems doing quick picks on other tickets
I’m leaving 2 stars for the reason that I’ve been to allsups the past 4 day’s and they haven’t had chocolate milk and won’t have it till Friday, I have to drive across town to get chocolate milk now
