The atmosphere was awesome, open floor plan and the music was a vibe. The food was not all that great. I had a basic chicken fingers meal and the only thing I ate were the fries. I wouldn't feed that to my dog. Sorry. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Alexander's Breakfast & Lunch in Skokie offers a breakfast haven that left our taste buds in awe! The standout for me was undeniably the Chilakiller with steak—a harmonious blend of flavors, with the steak adding a savory twist. My daughter, on the other hand, couldn't get enough of the Tuscany, a dish that perfectly satisfied her taste preferences. Now, for those with a sweet tooth, Alexander's has elevated the breakfast game with their trio of French toasts. The Tres Leches French Toast was a luscious treat, each bite soaked in creamy goodness. The Churro French Toast brought a delightful cinnamon-sugar crunch, reminiscent of the classic churro experience. And the Creme Brulee French Toast? A decadent masterpiece with its caramelized sugar topping. The overall experience was a symphony of culinary delights, making Alexander's a go-to spot for anyone seeking a memorable breakfast or brunch. The attention to detail in each dish, combined with a warm ambiance, makes this gem in the North Shore a must-visit for food enthusiasts. Do keep in mind to call ahead because of how busy they are! As a lover of breakfast joints, Alexander’s did not disappoint. The Churro French toast is a masterpiece. The Chillaquiles or Chilakillers has a very tasty sauce. My sister enjoyed her vegetarian hash. Note to restaurant: I would suggest adding refried black beans for more texture to the Chilakillers. Our waitress, Alejandra, provided great service. The staff frequently check to make sure beverages are filled. Highly recommend. I just had the best french toast in my life (and all my friends agreed)! I ordered creme brûlée french toast and it really has that crispy caramel layer. It’s a godsend. I do wish they can provide hash brown in the future then it’d be perfect. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

One of the best breakfast food we have ever had. Truly was perfect. The Mayan Benedict special I would honestly eat every day if I could. It should be a regular menu item. Coffee was exceptional. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
