So glad we tried this new place! Well, at least new for us. Breakfast was on point. An authentic Valley traditional mexican breakfast. Salsa tatemada and toasted flour tortillas to start. I had huevos rancheros and was surprised they had Frijoles Albañil (chorizo with beans with jalapeños and onion.) These are a rare find. The other surprise was how they layered the eggs on top of thick ham and a corn tortilla then bathed in their delicious Salsa. I highly recommend Alejandro’s if you are looking for tasty and delicious breakfast on the weekend. Can’t end the review with out mentioning the kindness and courtesy of the staff. The Friday seafood buffet has a good selection of shrimp and seafood as well as Chile relleno and shrimp cocktails and shrimp with nopales. I will return again. Returned for a regular dinner on a late afternoon. Excellent food and personal service.
