These two ladies here went above and beyond providing excellent, friendly customer service, especially the associate "Kim" on the right. This store is very well stocked, clean, great grocery selection with great prices and the check out associate Kayla greeted me and wished me a good night. This is well appreciated at the end of their shift, when people are about to leave work you wouldn't necessarily expect such a great shopping experience. Thank you Acme management for having great store associates on your team!!!

Honestly if i could put no stars i would. However, This is the acme I always go to. Never had an issue and everyone is always super nice and helpful. However today was different. I went in and went to the deli. I was waiting for a lady to finish up with a customer so i could ask her a question. This lady's coworker "Ed" comes over and asked if I needed help. I said no thank you. I am waiting. Now at this point there are a few other customers around who are witnessing this conversation. The lady was new and only had been working a few days. She expressed that she was having difficulty getting a piece of equipment to work. She had asked this guy Ed for help and the way he spoke to her was absolutely horrendous. He was angry and rude and talked down to her. I just believe this was unacceptable. The lady was visibly becoming upset and even the other customers have noticed the way this guy was speaking. He is so nice to customers but the way he treats and talks to his own female coworkers is baffling to me. The lady had gone on and tried to finish what she was doing but had encountered another issue which then was brought to Ed's attention once again the demeaning tone and rude remarks. It was very concerning.

I don’t like how the deli department made me feel dumb that they don’t sell breaded chicken.. they do. South Philly on synder has 6 different flavors. I’m sorry Folsom location is uncultured. So let me continue going to synder ave and experience the lovely customer service and taste variety of chicken. Oh to the lady that said I’ve been working here for 20years and idk what I’m talking about, how bout you get some updated customer service at synder location so you can see what Acme deli ACTUALLY sells …. Never coming back here again

Went here a few weeks ago and it was a very nice experience while here. The store is very neat and well stocked. It was easy to find all of what I needed too. It’s also in a nice little shopping center too which is really nice especially if you’re running errands.

I just want to say that the deli department here would not be good if they didn’t have Kim working there, she has turned that place to a 5 star.. She is so friendly and always makes me smile. I absolutely love getting my lunch meat there! Thx Kim for all you do! ♥️

I come here often I want to say that Kim In the deli goes above and beyond for me and my wife. My wife is very picky about how thin she wants her deli meat. Kim always greets us with a friendly smile and cuts everything perfectly! I wish everyone was like her that works there We always leave with a smile. Kim i want to thank you so very much for your service

Big store with a wide variety of items and food. My only issue was the limited freezer sections. I believe there's only 2 isles of freezer foods ranging from ice cream to frozen pizzas and I just felt like the store being the size it is it lacked a lot of things I usually purchase. Also the prices aren't very reasonable. But overall its a spacious, clean and friendly place to shop

Their fruit specifically is a huge issue. The pre-cut fruit containers usually have fruit that only has a couple days of life left. & I have NEVER gotten a container of red raspberries from here that didn't have mold. The first couple of times, I didn't check them before leaving the store. Now I check & have to go through many to find one that seems to be not moldy. Then I take it home & there's mold that was hiding... 🥴 Got a GI infection & was hospitalized because of their negligence. Don't shop here for fruit!

Kim at the 124 Morton Ave, Folsom, PA 19033 deli meats counter at Acme helped me when there wasn’t any turkey left, she came out and asked what I was looking for , since there wasn’t any turkey already packaged she cut fresh Turkey for me when all the other stores had their deli counters closed. This was on a Sunday night around 8:45PM . Thank you so much to Kim and I hope she gets recognized for her efforts of going above and beyond with customer service.

Every time I go into this Acme the fast, efficient service of Kim brightens my day. The Deli department is lucky to have such great people like Kim who are the core of service. Keep up the incredible work!
