Picture is how I received the raw mess of a pizza. BEWARE DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!! My whole family had food poisoning my boyfriend almost had to go to the hospital!!!!. He was almost instantly sick after eating two slices!! The manger Melanie is very unpleasant. I have been going to abbys pizza forever and every since she came along my visits have been horrible. My pizza was raw. Was gave to me a MESS. I paid over 30$ for a undercooked horrible pizza and left feeling very unhappy. I highly recommend going to ANY OTHER Abby's pizza BESIDES this one!! And if it's your first time their don't let it distort your view on Abby's as a whole. Just go to a different one. I promise you will be amazed at the difference! I still have the raw pizza. Have not received any call back from the other manager Johnathan which I was promised to hear from. I will be warning as many people as I can about this place. I have worked in customer service jobs and I know it's hard but there is no reason to be rude or scoff at people who are simply making a small request. Especially being not one time but two different times serving me a raw bad pizza. Which was requested politely to be cooked a little longer in the oven on thin crust to make it well done. Neither of those I got. when this time I made sure to come in way earlier to hope it would be not raw. When I had arrived my pizza had been done already. I proceeded to wait over 25 minutes on the spuds after the fact? So my pizza was cold. Both orders placed at the same time Made no sense why my pizza was raw when they had plenty of time in that 25 mins to throw it back in the oven which I asked and she scoffed at me and said it was to late. Came in for my free 7” pizza for my bday and my wife got the potatoes and boneless wings. The potatoes are sliced fries like warm but they are ok and the wings we asked for well done still pretty mushy. Even with 4 toppings the pizza really didn’t have much taste to it. So thankful for the opportunity to try their pizza on the house! I will leave this pizza chain to the locals to enjoy!!! Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely the worst pizza I ever had. Little sauce and not much cheese. Got a 1/2 & 1/2, tried 1 slice of each and threw the rest away. Frozen Totinos is better. Food: 1

Took my son here last night as they were 30 minutes till closing and it was the best pizza we've had in years.great service.and friendly staff.a bit spendy but we'll worth it for the quality . Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Delicious pizza. If I had the room in my tummy I'd eat a whole giant size to myself. The place itself is kinda dingy and outdated. Staff were nice, seems like it's mostly all young people. The pizza here was really good. I visited here while traveling for business and had a small pizza and some hot wings. Normally a meat lovers Pizza gives me heartburn later on after eating, but I didn't have any heartburn after eating the meat lovers Pizza and wings, which tells me they use quality ingredients. A quiet pizza place is NOT easy to find. Have to usually shout across the table and over loud music/people/etc. But not here. Loved my mini pizza made with what I wanted and refillable soda cup! A nice booth seat so we could chat (without yelling). Such a good time and good food! The pizza was not terrible but wow, the service is terrible. They will ignore you standing at the counter even if you’re trying to get their attention and say “excuse me”. Kind of giving off the “not my job” vibe. Sour looks on their faces - literally just so bad that for a while I thought they hated me, personally, individually. I know restaurants don’t like door dashers but SHEESH! So I went there as a customer and same treatment. Just not friendly people. And meh pizza. I recommend Pizza Hut’s Legendary Pizza. My husband and I went to this Abby’s last week and we loved it! The staff were very helpful and kind, Didn’t get annoyed with our questions( we had a lot) they had a great deal on a yummy pizza that exceeded our expectations! The potatoes were delicious and large servings. We will definitely be back! The dining room was very family friendly and clean.
