Nous avions décidé de tester la nouvelle version suite à la reprise du restaurant, il y a environ un an et demi et nous n' avons pas été déçus. Bien au contraire! De l' entrée au dessert, tous les plats étaient exquis et raffinés. Le chateaubriand flambé et découpé devnt nous fondait dans la bouche. Le mélange des saveurs était surprenant.
