The brisket sandwich and potato salad were amazing- haven't had restaurant potato salad as good as homemade before :). The kids had ribs and smoked Mac and cheese and loved them too. I judge BBQ based on the brisket which had good flavor but was smoked too long and some parts were too hard to chew. Ribs were also a bit too dry.
