Pretty disappointed. We ordered two cups of water and they both had hair in them. Ordered a burrito and it had shell in it. The girl grabbing donuts was flipping her hair around with her hands and then grabbing the tongs. The coffee was weak and the French roast tasted scorched. Overall just wasn't the best experience. The atmosphere is nice and one of the girls working was very kind, but probably won't return. They could probably use some better management. I should have read the reviews first. This is my first time here and yes, the service was not that great. The young lady comes to the counter looking like I had interrupting her life. Ordered a blended Thai tea with Boba… Tasted like sugared water with orange coloring…. no flavor whatsoever. I took it back and she said she was just going to add more syrup… I asked for a refund. I didn’t taste the donuts as the display counter looked like it had never been cleaned. The cooler for milk and drinks looks worse.
