Did an online order and was charged for the churros and then show up and they don't have them. Didn't get my money back and instead tried to offer us bags of chips. Sandwich bread was old tasting. Said our orser was ready and took another 10 minutes to finish. Worst subway around. Will still to Yukon one. Used to work here. Owner is a homophobe. Never done any actual work, when trying to show employees how to make a sandwich (as he wants them made) didn't use gloves and had to throw away the entire pan of meat. Over the last 2 months has gone thru 5 different store managers due to his unreasonable demands of profits/inventory costs. And every employee but 1 has quit. The store is 25 years old and looks like it. The freezer/cooler is covered in rust and the fountain has pop leaks he refuses to fix. Avoid this store like the plague. Went in tonight Jaden was working. And the guy was great fast friendly and essentially working by himself due to staffing issues. Give this guy a raise. If I owned a company of any kind I’d steal this guy in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great food Jaden. Food: 5 Service: 5

First off this was my first time at this location, and had such a great experience. There were 2 gentleman and 1 lady that helped with my order of 2 salads and 2 sandwiches. The food was great, the service was even better and the staff were so friendly and personable and just talked and joked with me and it really made me feel super welcomed. I will definitely be back.
