Not very happy today. Food was not cooked properly. Then watched the cook grabbing toast and crumpets without a glove on. He saw me watching so I pointed to my hand. He finally realized and hurried to put a glove on. The wait staff didn’t even check on us after the food was served. I waited 15 minutes while my husband ate his food and I stared at my plate of raw crumpets. I had to flag down someone finally to tell them. By the time I got someone’s attention, my husband was a few bite from finishing his meal. They apologized and brought us some pastries but the experience was awful today. I’m really disappointed because I go there often. I might not go for a while Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The Aussie inspired fare is top notch and I couldn’t recommend the Pie Mates pies any more. Meat pies are such a kiwi/aussie staple and these are particularly delicious! Always a pleasure. Great atmosphere and service. The best coffee around! Got the burrito this time for brunch... Full and good portion but lacked flavor. I got some hot sauce and that helped. This place tops my list for top brunch locations! Absolutely beautiful phenomenal service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. We easily reserved a table for 10 gals and had a great time!
