We went to Soup Spoon Cafe for breakfast. It was sooo good! Nothing disappointed. The mimosa hit the spot. The pesto scramble was amazing! Instead of the toast that came with it, I subbed for French toast which came with a strawberry cream cheese topping which was also delightful. My partner ordered the smoked salmon eggs benny and that was also to die for. We are already planning on making reservations to come back next weekend. A wonderful place found by chance on my drive to Lansing! Atmosphere is cozy, the manager Keith was very attentive and engaging. I enjoyed the conversation in between our orders. He suggested a cider that was perfectly suited to my palate; the server John was quietly observant, knowing when to stop by. I had the voodoo pasta which was cooked to perfection.
