Jerry was an exceptional waitress who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. She was prompt with taking orders, refilling drinks, and checking on us throughout the meal. Came in to eat tonight with my family and the service was amazing! We did have an issue with our food, but it was quickly solved by the manager (Grace). She made sure everything was fixed in a timely manner and sent us on our way happier than when we arrived! She was a breath of fresh air, very fun, and quite funny. She checked on us regularly throughout the evening! Hoping she is serving next time we come in! Place was great. We got I really quick and seated for a Sunday night. The steak was really juicy and cooked to medium, we just chose the wrong cut which had a lot of fat. The asparagus was very tasty and so was the loaded baked potato. The blooming onion was very good as well, the sauce it comes with is not so good, but our waitress Jerri swapped it out for us no problem. She was very attentive and kept our glasses full and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall a pretty good place to stop for a steak, we hadn’t been here in years. Ordered three entrees. Two were supposed to be medium rare. Other was medium. Everything came back fully cooked medium well. Pasta was hard forctwo dishes. Would never eat at outback again. Grace was absolutely amazing, came in with seven people, food came fast, had to have one item remade (lobster tail) that was slightly overcooked but returned to be perfect!
