Clients don't highly appreciate chicken nuggets, flija and tea at this fast food. Choose between indoor and outdoor seating. From the visitors' viewpoint, employees are cheerful here. A number of reviewers highlight that the service is decent. The cozy atmosphere makes a good impression on people. But McDonald's has been rated below average by Google.

This place sucks. It’s dirty. Only employs the dirtiest of people. Saw an employee dude there eat his own boogers one time. I had probably a 15 minute argument over a breakfast sandwich made incorrectly. I just wanted 1 simple sausage McGriddle…they gave me a sausage egg and cheese l…I went back asked for one with sausage only…they gave me one with cheese on it…went back and was told “they all come with cheese, every sandwich has cheese on it, if I don’t like it you need to tell the person taking your order” it took them a good 20 minutes to crank out two pieces of bread with sausage in the middle. This place SUCKS just wait until you get to Casper to eat, at least their crack heads understand what NO CHEESE MEANS. Fyi I did tell the women I’ll demolish my underwear if I eat cheese. She told me to “grow up”…yeah just grow up, be tolerant to dairy. They also don’t issue receipts apparently you have to ask for one of those too. I have to mention every person working has some sort of drug injection sight on their scabby arms. It’s probably a health hazard eating food from this place. Came through the drive through and someone was at the outside lane so I went to the inside lane. Radio silence. I watched 3 separate cars go through and get their order taken on the outside lane before I gave up and backed out to the outside lane. Once I got there I sat for about 5 minutes before someone took my order. During that time I heard a woman screaming at a person(s) and I scanned the entire lot everyone’s car and could not find the screaming woman. Which gives me reason to believe that this yelling was happening inside the store. I really hope that a manager was not speaking to their employees like that it’s extremely unprofessional and creates a toxic environment. Not sure what was going on but our food took 31 minutes to get to a family of 5 eating in. We were traveling 8 hours and this was our halfway point. The only reason we ate here is because McDonalds is usually a known quantity. The front staff were nice enough but we’re definitely guessing that our order was being worked on after 20 min. At 25 min and several groups of people who ordered well after us getting their food and leaving, I again asked them what was going on with our food and whoever was handing orders out asked for our receipt and then got our food to us in the next 5 min. No drinks, so we reminded them of those. In the meantime they ran out of medium cups so we got upgraded to large. It was very chaotic. The staff assured us they were doing their best. As a manager myself, I understand they probably were and either had more call outs than they could handle or just have terrible management that doesn’t care. Since the place had flies, trash left on tables and full trash cans I’m inclined to think the latter. Either way, we won’t be back until they can fix these issues. I ordered my food and asked for it to be cooked to order. My cheeseburgers were barely warm, didn't even melt the cheese. The nuggets were way over cooked, like they had just put cooked nuggets back into the friar to heat them up and make them appear to be fresh. Every other time I asked for food to be cooked to order it took close to 10 minutes to get my food. This time it was under 5 minutes.Some dude in street clothes behind the counter, all around unprofessional. They might want to clean the drive thru window. I'd like to start by saying I wish I could give 2.5 stars simply because the staff I encountered in the drive through was really nice and super friendly. The drag here was that the food came extra slow and was cold when it was handed to me. The cheese on my filet-o-fish sandwich looked like it had been stepped on and the bun was seriously stale. The chicken nuggets were cold and tasted ... off or funky almost like plastic. Had I not gotten back on the interstate before discovering the sub par food situation I would have returned it all and gone elsewhere. I also found it off putting that the drive through trash cans were both overflowing with garbage so much so that the snow under the receptacles was brown from coffee and other drinks spilling out of the top of the cans.
