Store has been sold to new owners/management. It was awesome when it first opened but I saw literal rotten vegetables on the shelves there yesterday. Went to Fresh Thyme instead today and it was a very refreshing difference.

Went to get olives from the olive bar just now and watched a worker spray the cleaner directly onto the counter of the bar right next to the olives. The olives were hit. I'd rather not eat cleaner.....even if its "food safe", they need to spray onto the paper towel not directly onto the counter tops.

Shout out to the employees who delivered my groceries. I don’t use this service because I’m insanely picky about my produce and have had too many expedited and bruised products from other places in the past. I gave Mariano’s a shot because I have been overwhelmed and needed to ease whatever I could. Everything I ordered came to me as though I had picked it out myself. I was beyond relieved and grateful! Thank you! It might seem small, but it made a big difference in my week.

Great sale on raspberries!! I had too much fun in the deli section today. Always fun to treat myself. I am going to try the Korean BBQ salmon and the Nashville chicken macaroni. Should be a little spicy and delicious!!

This place has really gone downhill. Shelves are marked one price and it rings up differently and higher at the register! And they won't price check or match the shelf price! Total bait and switch! A frozen pizza was marked $6.99 on the shelf, rang up at $10.99! If you're not paying attention they're scamming you! They had two registers open today, the line was 8 people deep in both. The women helping self check out were beyond rude and unhelpful. Every person working there seems to hate their job. Totally unpleasant experience. Go to Jewel, everyone's nicer and they'll price match or at least check the shelf price for you.

Beautiful store. Alot to choose from, and the prices surprisingly aren't much different than Jewel. The deli is amazing! Thank you, Meredith, for the great customer service! Give that woman a raise!

Great service and selection of items! Love how they have live piano music and bar. Pizza, sushi and gellato. Love the seating area to enjoy a bite to eat or sip on your favorite coffee. John and Robert in grocery are fantastic. They both go out of their way to help.

Wow! WiFi, star bucks, a work station, fresh meat, smoothies, food samples, great floral, and all the food essentials. Click list makes it convenient to shop on line, Pick up and go. Prices are comparable to others in area. Great selection. Gasoline and diesel here too. Mariano’s has done a wonderful job here in Crystal Lake.
