I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for them to make one sandwich when there is no one in the store. Food is good no question about that. Just the workers are slow Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Google maps and sign on door says open until 9PM but I'm here before 7:30PM and they're sweeping with the door locked turning customers away. Not sure what's going on but disappointing.

I mean it's a chain sub restaurant. That being said the food is good and for some reason we usually have some fun conversation with the folks making the sandwiches. Pretty friendly crew. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Sun evening March 5, 2023 came into Dublin store for take out. Out of all bread except white bread, no tomatoes available, staff was blaze and rude, couldn’t care less with no apologies for being out of important parts of the product the company is selling on TV every day. You need to tighten up your quality control and staff training. We won’t be going out go out of the way anymore to find a store. Service Take out

Tried Jersey Mike's because of the Danny Devito commercial of a freshly prepared Giant sub of piled meat, fresh veggies, and cheese. Sigh, that wasn't what I got. Ordered a #7 that was basically all bread. Biting into the sub there wasn't a taste of turkey on the sandwich. Pulling the sandwich open were a few slices of thinly sliced turkey. Nothing like the pics in the commercial with plenty of meat and toppings. Disappoint and doubtful I'll spend another $17 for something so unsatisfying. Service Take out Meal type Lunch

Told them our order 3 different times. They still managed to mess up both sandwiches. These guys don’t know how to make a sandwich unless you order EXACTLY a menu item, don’t try to add or take anything off from a menu item, they WILL get it wrong. Also incredibly slow service for a slow day. Took them 5 minutes to even realize we were there

This is the best Hoagie/sub chain of stores. I've spent time on the East Coast and have had the 'real thing' and these are very very close to them. They have a huge array of sandwiches, not just subs. My favorite for cold sandwiches is #13, the "Original Italian.' For cold sandwiches, I go for the Philly Cheesesteak, #17! I also like the GrilledPastrami Reuben, #20. Mini and Regular sizes are priced $7 to $10. All sandwiches come 6", foot long and giant 24" sizes. Rolls offered are White, Whole wheat or And, almost all Subs can be ordered as wraps or bowls.

Sandwiches are so flavorful. My favorites are the chicken cheese steak with extra peppers and onions or the club sub Mike’s way. They have a loyalty program which is pretty legit, I think you get one free sub every 10 you purchase.

Great sandwiches! It was our first time at a Jersey Mike's (rarely ever eat at sandwich places) but the shaved meats/cheeses/veggies taste so fresh! One of the employees (male) wasn't very friendly but the female employees were super friendly and attentive. We were served pretty fast (about 11:30am on a Saturday) and because it was our first time, they gave us free cookies! Really nice bonus and served with smiles. The parking is tight and not many spaces available (as a heads up), but honestly can't fault the store for that. I can imagine that between the hours of 12pm-3pm it's pretty busy, and since this is Dublin, expect it to be overcrowded. The employees can only go so fast when there's over 10-15 people in line, so just have a little patience. Great first experience, will be coming back soon!
