We showed up about an hour before closing time, and the place was empty, but the servers were gracious and we did t feel rushed. It’s a nice restaurant with a pretty chill vibe. I had the chicken pesto flatbread- husband has spaghetti with meatballs. Food was good! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
If you’re okay with a worse version of Olive Garden then this is great for you! My friend and I ordered a margarita with dinner and it tasted like sugar water so we sent it back. The food tasted like it was straight out of a can or bag. Had the espresso brownie for dessert and it is the exact same brownie we all had in our middle school lunch room with chocolate syrup and powdered sugar on top. Great spot for Italian cuisine. Our waitress made stellar recommendations. The bread and oil and vinegar with spices was delicious. Although they were short staffed the evening we were there, the staff took great care and attention to ensure we were taken care of the entire evening. Tuesday night at 6:40, we were quoted 1.5-2hr wait for 5 people. We put our name down, walked around town, and returned around the hour mark. The hostess informed me they were getting our table cleaned and we were sat within 5 minutes. I will say the service was on the slower side, but we had the kindest and sweetest server named Natalie who was busting her behind to take care of her guests. They were busy, and we understood this place isn’t fast food. Quality is key here. We got our food, and it was hot and DELICIOUS! I had the baked ziti with meatballs. The meatballs were so tender and flavorful! The kids’ Alfredo was very good, and my husband ordered the chicken dish with the mushroom lemon sauce and a side of risotto - all very tasty! Natalie left us a very sweet note about our children. After reading the reviews about the slow service, I almost picked another restaurant for my birthday dinner, but I am SO glad we chose to give it a chance. The hostess and servers were working so hard and still took the time to be kind and personable - we appreciate every employee’s effort that made our experience one that exceeded our expectations. Do not let the negative reviews deter you from eating here - just have some patience and enjoy your time:) Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Sauce

Disappointing, we were expecting something different given the rating. Service was friendly but the food was very far from real italian food. Meal type Lunch Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We absolutely loved our experience at the GrapeVine! If you are looking for a quick in and out restaurant, this is not it. It is so delicious that the line was out the door! But the wait was completely worth it! The bread rolls are light and melt in the mouth. The marinara sauce will have you wanting to scrape the bowl. Worth a visit! The food and atmosphere was great. The service was good, but two of our people received each other's meals. One ordered chicken, and the other ordered veal. They were delicious, but they were not placed with the right person. However, we did have a party of 10, so it could have been easily confused. The garlic rolls were amazing! The food had very good flavor. It was almost too hot to eat, but given some time, it cooled down. The rolls were delicious. The service was terrible. Our waitress was very nice/friendly, but she never stopped by to refill our drinks and never asked if our food was ok after someone else brought it. She stopped at the tables around us to refill drinks. Someone else noticed our empty glasses and gave us our refills. We sat for over 15 minutes after we finished eating then she showed up with our bill, never asking if we needed anything else. She did bring a couple to-go boxes. The atmosphere was ok. Each table had a candle, but only about half of them were lit. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Garlic Rolls
Visited with a party of five for Sunday dinner. The food is really good, from the perfect, hot garlic rolls that are brought to your table to all their delicious entrees. Just thinking about the Tuscan salmon over creamy risotto makes my mouth water and their pastas, like the baked ziti, were equally delicious. Portions are large enough that we all brought something home. A tip- you can’t get the Gorgonzola salad as a side item, but you CAN get the Gorgonzola dressing on the side salad and it’s awesome! The service left something to be desired though. The young woman who took care of us was gone from the dining room for conspicuously long periods of time - what WAS she doing in the kitchen for 20 minutes at a stretch? Which meant we often had empty glasses and she forgot items we’d ordered or requested. That was frustrating. I’d definitely go back. There is a lot more I’d like to try on the menu!
