So good! The chicken fingers are super moist and crisp! The fried pickles are also amazing; not wet, very crispy with a flavorful coating. We had desserts which were delicious: carrot cake and banana pudding. They have a unique Dill pickle relish that was a super addition to multiple dishes. We ordered several appetizers and really liked the deviled eggs, in addition to the fried pickles. I’ve been to all of the iconic Nashville Hot Chicken spots, Prince’s, Hattie B’s, Party Fowl etc. Fire is every bit as good, arguably better. I look forward to making the trip out every week. I’ve passed by this place many times but never stopped in to try it and I was MISSING OUT! Their chicken sandwiches and vegan wings are some of the best I’ve ever had. I ordered the Fire Signature with Medium heat, the Pimento cheese and hot honey really sealed the deal for me. If you like spice, I’d recommend going for Hot, the Medium was flavorful but not very spicy. I also tried their banana pudding which was incredible and their mac and cheese which wasn’t up to par with the rest of the meal. The mac was the only thing I didn’t like, tasted fairly unseasoned and not very cheesy, but everything else outweighed it TREMENDOUSLY!
