None of the people behind the counter speak English. On 2/16 I had a question about the difference between the two kinds of rice. No one knew enough English to answer. After I paid for my food someone that seem like a manager (the only employee that could speak English) came out of the back and said something about one of them not being gluten safe. Good thing I don't have issues or they would have been remaking my food. This is the United States and we speak English here. Food is usually good across the board. But this location was filthy and I was the only one in line around 1:45 and there were maybe two tables in there eating. The other tables were filthy and the floors and drink area a mess. There were several people behind the counter that I thought could have taken a few minutes to wipe down tables and the drink area. I ended up taking my food to go since there was nowhere clean to sit. I love Chipotle so much. The staff was friendly just not super concerned with keeping things tidy. This location has pretty fresh food because it's very busy (so be prepared to wait). They're also generous with portions and it always tastes good. One of the Cardinals sins of the food industry is to order food show up on time to get it and then proceed to watch other people order the same thing you did, get their food and leave. Online orders take a distant back seat to walk in orders and that includes quesadillas. I ordered a quesadilla online and waited 15 minutes after I got to the restaurant to pick it up while someone walked in and ordered a quesadilla from the counter and got his order and left while I stood there. I won't go into the quality of the food but it's wildly inconsistent. Most of the time the order is wrong, sometimes the guacamole is rotten, this place has tested my patience and good nature for the last time. This was absolutely amazing. I got lunch a couple days ago and the ladies and gentlemen who made this bowl put their love and soul into it! It was perfectly crafted with the proper portions and presentation. The store was very clean and well staffed. While I was there I saw them cooking the chicken fresh in the back ! Never going here again. I ordered online so I could pick up during my break. I noticed my order was wrong. Checked the bag, it wasnt my order. Went back and simply asked them to fix my order. Then was essentially accused of misordering when I did not. I had my recipt, went to the right location, I was even polite after their mistake. Yet I was mistreated and my food was handle improperly. I can handle that it was a mistake but for your manager to blame me then say "we will do it for you this time" SIR I DIDNT MESS UP MY OWN ORDER. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1

What happened to Chipotle? They used to have the highest standards for cleanliness and customer service and now it is the opposite. My husband and I stopped because I had a BOGO reward. We got our burritos (one with broken tortilla, one leaking with rice stuck all over the foil) and asked for some limes. The manager told us they had some that weren’t cut but they couldn’t give us any because they needed them all for chips tomorrow. It’s one thing Chipotle if you want to stop providing lemons and limes for your customers at the beverage bar but to completely deny customers limes upon request is just stupid on a whole new level. Order more than you need for chips so people can actually enjoy their overpriced burritos if they want limes! The store was very dirty as well, walls and HVAC vents were filthy (employees used to have to clean both on a regular basis), garbages overflowing, dirty tables, the beverage bar was full of garbage, and the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom nearly hit me when it popped open as I grabbed a paper towel. It’s no wonder that most locations have google reviews at 3 stars or less. We will not be visiting any location any time soon, not even for a BOGO. Sad story Chipotle! My bowl was barely half full. Extra fajitas equaled 3 small strips of green pepper barely any of the other topings either. Edit, dropped down to one star as I sit on this throne of porcelin with food poisoning. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Horrible! Incredibly slow & many staff don't seem to care. They still haven't figured out how to handle lunch/dinner rushes yet. Since Summer of 2020 until present (April 2021) this is the worst Chipotle I have ever been in & as a DoorDash driver I've been in around 10-15. It's not uncommon for them to run 1-2 hours behind schedule. I thought they were getting better with recent turn times of 15-30 minutes, but tonight is the final straw. They gave my order out to someone else & said that it was already "claimed". They wouldn't refund me so I'm left to email support. 2 weeks later I still haven't heard anything. Don't come here. Look at other recent reviews to confirm their slow service over other Chipotles. Only caveat is that if you don't mind waiting then food is good (additional star for that)....just cold when you get it....also no trash cans LOL! (SMH)

This Chipotle is has great options and great people as well but I’ve had a lot of poor experiences here before. So I thought I would give this place one more shot as a “what if this time it’s good” moment. I went in and the first thing I noticed is that no one came to great me, take my order or anything. It’s as of all the employees are just busy or in their own world. Well finally a guy comes running past the rest of his coworkers, greeted me and took my order and if you have been to chipotle, you know that they pass the food down as it gets to the cashier eventually after all fixings are included. Well the person involved at checkout was not there so me and the people behind me are just standing there with no cashier. Eventually the employee rings me up and then I sit down to eat with my sisters. I have to say, it’s funny because that was a awkward moment from coming in to checkout, but the food was fresh, good and even better than all the times I’ve been there. So instead of getting mad and rating a 1 Star, I will be honest, this location needs work but my time there is what mattered and my time there was good and satisfying so 4 stars is fair. I think I’m more fair, honest and patient than most people. Keep up the good work and hopefully your ratings should soon sky rocket, thank you Chipotle.
