At this point, try to just give the bowl without any food. To be honest, I really like Chipotle, but if the employee's don't even put a good amount of food in the bowl, not even a spoon, is not worth going there and with those prices. They suck, always a bad attitude and dont even know how to serve! Its sad how they dont even know how to do there basic job. Even when they closed the lid on my food and wasnt even closed correctly and some food fell. They suck. Eat here sometimes, most of the time i think its not worth it because i can buy an eight layer veggie burrito for a lot cheaper. If im going to pay for a $12+ burrito, i expect the burrito to be pretty big, most of the time it isnt. Only reason I would come here is if I have no other choice, subway ran out of avocados and im frugal in regards to gas. I dont eat meat and chipotle offer sofritas. This last time i had to wait a bit because only one person was prepping, not a problem, the problem was when she used the cash register, with gloves, and kept the same gloves on ready to make my food. One of the most flustered and absent-minded crew I have ever experienced. It wasn’t even 4 pm on Friday, most of them looked like zombies. Especially this young girl, the only female I noticed on site. Migraine or chronic pain was written all over her face, not a hint of welcoming or a smile. Not sure what med she had taken, or should have. She was just going through the motions. More pathetically, she tried to fuss with a few more or less napkins, while trays of them were sitting in the dining room. Probably she was incapable of noticing that I had just contributed my share in the tip jar. The whole dining experience was off; the touch and feel, awkward. At least three employees touched my food; I wondered if any more hands. In mid-way, one of them disappeared and re-emerged with some coins, then changed gloves and continued on with my order. I was really concerned about the sanitation, besides the disconnect. At the end, I was glad to grab more napkins and finish my food, then get the heck out!

Sometimes this place is a hit or miss they sometimes might give a lot of food which is good or give a little potion. I recommend not getting take out or delivery because they always do small portions for take out and delivery. Usually when you do order in person they give a good sized potion sometimes it can be a small portion. The food is good here I would recommend if you are trying to be healthy and looking for something that is delicious. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

My wife was there just now 9:42. Told her they didn’t have any steak and no white rice. So they wanted to have her settle for something else or leave. We spend about $30 at chipotle every visit if not more. Hire people that actually want to do their job. Takes 20 mins to cook some steak and store the rest for tomorrow.

Free queso on Cinco de Mayo! Their order online and pickup system is really easy to use. When you enter the store, just head to the pick up shelf where they have bags of orders ready to be picked up. Just tell them your name, grab your bag, and you’re on your way. Super fast, easy, delicious, and for just $7.45 you’re going to be really full!

Portions not very consistent, staff looked disheveled, the long haired cashier needed a hair net or something. Ordered guacamole and chips i received the hard as a rock surprise in my meal. No where to sit, very disappointed..

Used to be a 5 star, this being the 3rd tiny burrito at an $8 cost shows the portions have gone south, it's sad to see that it no longer gets the service posted below from my original post This team is always excited to be there. The greeting and short food prep time always has this genuine want to assist feeling to it. Keep it up guys! Also they are busy enough when I go that I always catch them when the refill the steak with freshly cooked steak. That's the best also most of the associates are Keen to make sure that if the meat portion falls off while scooping or just scoops short they give a fair portion. They aren't overly generous, but they definitely don't make me feel jiped for my money. Overall worth a good solid 5 stars
