It has been 5+ years since I have been, and will probably be 5+ years till I go again. The food was alright but quite high priced for the quality and quantity. Service was handled really well except for the speed. The amount of customers warranted quicker service in my opinion. Overall it was just alright. I came in with my family for lunch. We waited with a big crowd for the greater to ask us how many. When it got to our turn he just stared at us and we said 3. He grabbed some menus, never told us to follow but we assumed he wanted us too and sat down in a booth. This was a terrible first impression. When the greater doesn't even acknowledge you that's a problem. I don't care if they are overwhelmed, their is no reason to not even acknowledge and talk to your customer when the title of the freaking job is "greater". Then we sat down at the booth. Once sitting down and scooting into the booth I heard big planks each time I scooted over and could feel wooden planks shifting beneath my butt. This tells me that the booths desperately need to be updated. Which, to be fair they should be considering this restraunt has not had a face lift since I was a kid. The whole point of coming to a restraunt is to enjoy the atmosphere and service in comfort. If the seats arnt even comfortable and the service is sub par, why am I even going in? Lastly, we ordered chips and salsa. At times the chips can be sooo good. Which is why we go in. Bit this time, they tasted stale. I'm am very disappointed with this establishment. And will be questioning if I even want to return to the logan restraunt any time soon. Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100

We went out to Chili’s last night and had the best service ever. Ethan was our waiter and he was amazing. He always checked to make sure if we needed anything and he brought us our food within less than 20 minutes of us sitting down at the table. This had to have been the fastest I’ve ever got my food at a Chili’s before and I hope to get Ethan as our waiter again sometime! My server was great as was the food. The only drawback is there's not a smaller option for appetizers. I am a notoriously slow eater. So I ended up taking more than half of my food home. It would be awesome if Chili's offered like a half size appetizer for whe it's just one or two people. Still it was great and on the plus side I don't have to worry about lunch for work tomorrow. Stopped by after a ski trip to Beaver Mountain. The service is great, the chips & salsa are great. The issues were our food was so salty. We got the trio smokehouse, with ribs, chicken strips and a sausage. It included a corn on the cob too and garlic bread. Everything was overly salty. Also, it says choose 3 for the trio but they charged us an extra $3 dollars for choosing ribs! The mustache margarita was excellent, blended for $6. Service was great, just not the food. Had the best time at Chile’s. Our server Addison took good care of us! Appetizers and diner and beverages were all outstanding! Seated and served quickly and they put our game in the tv too. Our server was very good. We had kind of an odd request due to dietary restrictions. Once we informed her of the reason, she made it happen with a smile. Many times giving a tip is just a thing you do, but I was happy to tip her due to her cheerful attitude while complying with our odd request. A Disappointing Dining Experience I recently dined here and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The slow service was immediately noticeable as I waited quite a while before even getting states. Was this 15 minutes and it was half and hour. The anticipation grew as I placed my order, but the food took an unexpectedly long time to arrive at the table. When the dishes finally did make their way out, I was disappointed to find that not only was the order slightly incorrect, but some of the food was also excessively salty. Mainly the chips and the fries. It was clear that attention to detail was lacking in both the kitchen and the front-of-house staff. The slow and incorrect service combined with the overly salty food created a rather frustrating experience. It's unfortunate when a dining outing turns into a letdown. My wife and I went to Chili’s for a Valentines lunch. Weslie was our waitress. She was so good. When I asked for recommendations she gave us several, explained why she liked them and clarified questions we had about the drinks, the endless chips, and swapping chicken for shrimp. She was the perfect waitress for us. We like a waitress who is friendly and genuine. Someone who is attentive to our needs but not constantly asking if everything’s okay. She’s was awesome. The food was I’m so good. I ordered the special sauce hamburger as part of the 3 for me menu selection. It was seriously the best hamburger. I’ve had in a long time. My wife ordered the Cajun pasta with chicken. She too loved her meal. The chips with the three dips was outstanding. We will definitely be returning to this location, and definitely asking for Weslie as our server. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Service was fantastic, food was okay. Their Lemonade is bottomless and very good! Their desserts looked good but we didn't have room after our smorgasbord of food. It is Chili's so it isn't the Cheesecake Factory. But in Logan, where the food industry is prominent, we expected better quality food.
