The people there need better training. The first guy didn't even know how to make a meal. They almost forgot my drink until I said something. UPDATE: Today they were a little slow and late with my order, but made up for it with a smile and nice hot food! Very clean restaurant. We came in on 2/29/24 at probably a little after 9:30 pm. The two guys working were very nice. One of our sandwiches was going to take 10 minutes because the bacon needed to cook fresh so they asked if we wanted anything while we waited and I had got a lemonade and they even made it a large. The 10 minute wait was worth it! I got the brown sugar bacon blt and it was very tasty and the bacon was perfect. Definitely recommend this sandwhich and this Arby’s! Didn’t catch either of the guys names but they were both really nice and very funny as they talked to us some while we were waiting. If you are looking for an Arby’s this is the one to come to! It was awful....went in past 5-7 people...NO ONE bothered to say we'll be with you in a minute or even hello. Walked past us repeatedly...it was ridiculous!!!! We literally turned and left after standing at the registers for a good 5 minutes. Never....has this happened anywhere we've been....so sad. We love Arby's but won't be back any time soon.
